Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

You may then contact the carrier directly to check if they offer delivery scheduling options.

If you’ve registered with us, you can view the progress of your order and track its delivery from the My Orders section of your account. From here you can also double-check that the details for your delivery address are correct. Alternatively, enter your Order Number at the Follow your Order page.

If a delivery has been attempted but missed, you can find contact details for our delivery partner in your Shipping Confirmation. Please contact the courier directly to rearrange a missed delivery.

STANDARD SHIPPING with FedEx FICP Worldwide Delivery in 5 - 6 working days: £5.00

EXPRESS SHIPPING in 4-6 working days: £13.00

If your shipping address is in an area not serviced by our standard carrier, we may use an alternative carrier to ensure timely delivery.

In such cases, the shipping confirmation email will specify which carrier was used, along with the tracking information.

FREE SHIPPING Delivery times are calculated from the next working day after your order is placed. For example, orders placed on a Monday will be delivered within 2-3 working days from the Tuesday as the next working day after the purchase.

We’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation email with your unique Tracking Number as soon as your order is ready.

You can track the status of your order at any time by heading to the My Orders section of your account.

All orders are shipped directly to you from our warehouse in The Netherlands.

We love to see our customers in-store, so we offer free pick-up for online orders at selected KARL LAGERFELD stores.
Simply select "Pick up in store" at checkout and choose the store you’d like to collect your order from.

As soon as your parcel is ready, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email to let you know the order has left our warehouse.
Once your parcel has arrived in store, you’ll receive a second email inviting you to pick up your order from your chosen store.
Just remember to bring a copy of the email (printed or on your phone/tablet) and a valid photo ID.

You have 7 days to collect your order, during which you’ll receive two reminder emails so keep an eye on your inbox.
After this time, the items will be returned to our warehouse and you’ll receive a refund for your order.

Every KARL LAGERFELD product is accompanied by packaging, like hangtags, instruction cards, collection details and keepsake boxes. To ensure a lower footprint, all of these items are made from 100% paper certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) (is this still correct?), though specifics may vary from product to product:

All polybags that are used for protection during transport are made from 100% recycled plastic.
Certain underwear products are sold in boxes that are crafted from FSC certified paper.
All dustbags are made from 100% organic cotton.
Fragile items, such as Jewellery or Home goods, are packed in boxes crafted from FSC certified paper and include a velvet cushion to protect the product. The cushion is made from polyester.

Karl Lagerfeld aims to replace the polyester to a recycled material alternative in the future.
Swimwear is packaged in recycled plastic zip bags which can be re-used to store your swimwear items.
We encourage all customers to store precious KARL LAGERFELD items in their original packaging, reusing it every time.

All KARL LAGERFELD packaging items meet EU requirements in regard to hazardous chemicals.
KARL LAGERFELD has implemented the AFIRM Packaging Restricted Substances list.
