You can return any item purchased from karllagerfeld.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Here’s how:
1. Before returning items, please make sure they are in the same condition you received them in, with the identification tag and seal attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept late returns or items that are not in their original condition.
2. Log in to our Returns Portal with your email address and Order Number.
3. Select the items you want to return from your order and enter a Reason Code. You can double-check that you are selecting the correct return items by using your original order details – this is particularly useful if you ordered multiple sizes or colorways for one style.
4. Pack your items in their original packaging, print your return label, and attach it to your parcel. Alternatively, you may use a QR code instead of printing the label—this option is available only for returns from Germany, the Netherlands, and France.
5. Take your parcel to the drop-off point of the carrier shown on your return label.
6. Once your parcel has reached our warehouse, our team will check and process your return within 3-21 working days. You’ll then receive an email to confirm your refund is on its way to you.
HOW TO CLAIM YOUR DUTY AND TAX REFUND
For orders shipped to India, duties and taxes are collected at checkout. In the case of a return, any Indian Tax paid will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. However, import duties are not automatically refunded. If you wish to recover these costs, you have to submit a request to Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC).
