PRIVACY NOTICE – KARL LAGERFELD COMPETITION

1. DATA CONTROLLER
Karl Lagerfeld B.V., Herengracht 182, 1016BR Amsterdam, the Netherlands, is the Data Controller according to the GDPR and responsible for processing your personal data in connection with the "Win a VIP Trip to Paris" competition.

2. ELIGIBILITY
Only individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and reside in one of the eligible countries as defined in the Terms & Conditions are permitted to participate.

3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
We process your personal data solely for the following purposes:
• To administer your participation in the competition
• To contact and notify the selected winner
• To deliver the prize
• Only with your explicit consent send marketing communications about Karl Lagerfeld designs and campaigns

When you enter the competition, we may collect and process the following information:
• Full name
• Date of birth
• Gender
• Email address
• Country of residence and preferred language
• Residential address
• Confirmation of acceptance of the Terms & Conditions
• (Optional) Consent to receive marketing communications

5. LEGAL BASIS
• Performance of a contract (article 6(1)(b) GDPR): Your personal data is processed as necessary to register your participation, draw a winner, and fulfill the prize.
• Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR): where you have given consent, we will use your data for direct marketing purposes. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

6. DATA RETANTION
Your personal data will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the above purposes, but no longer than three (3) months after the competition ends, unless you have opted in to receive marketing communications.

• External agencies and service providers involved in prize fulfilment and campaign execution
• Our email platform provider, with whom we have entered a data processing agreement in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR. 8.
