KARL LAGERFELD IN AMSTERDAM

This summer, Maison KARL LAGERFELD officially opened the doors to its first-ever KARL LAGERFELD CAFÉ, marking a new chapter in the brand's expansion into lifestyle and hospitality. Located on the corner of  Raadhuisstraat and Herengracht in Amsterdam — alongside the brand’s global headquarters — the café is the latest chapter in KARL’s ongoing evolution beyond fashion.  

Throughout the summer, the café is complemented by the adjacent KARL LAGERFELD POP-UP STORE and a series of exclusive moments, including a visit from Paris Hilton and a special street party on August 1st, transforming the space into a celebration of the KARL lifestyle in the heart of Amsterdam. 

PARIS HILTON VISITS KARL LAGERFELD CAFÉ 

As part of her visit to Amsterdam end of July,Paris Hilton experienced the world of KARL LAGERFELD through a curated journey across the brand's global headquarters, the KARL LAGERFELD CAFÉ and the KARL LAGERFELD POP-UP STORE. The day began with a special delivery to her hotel, featuring signature Pantopia pastries and special drinks from the café. During her afternoon visit, Paris joined Pier Paolo Righi for coffee at the headquarters before exploring the café and its thoughtfully curated offering, followed by a visit to the pop-up store to discover its exclusive selection of ready-to-wear, accessories and limited-edition products. Bringing together fashion, hospitality and culture, the visit highlights the unique lifestyle universe that KARL LAGERFELD continues to build beyond fashion.

STREET PARTY

On August 1st, from 1pm to 7pm, KARL LAGERFELD CAFÉ and the KARL LAGERFELD POP-UP STORE came alive with a special all-day celebration, coinciding with Amsterdam's vibrant city-wide festivities during the Canal Pride Parade. The activation embraced the energy and excitement of one of the city's most celebrated moments, inviting visitors to discover the KARL universe through music, design and hospitality. Guests enjoyed live DJ sets, exclusive drinks and pastries, branded refreshments, limited-edition merchandise and immersive experiences across both locations, creating a dynamic destination where fashion, culture and community come together.

KARL LAGERFELD POP-UP STORE 

Located directly next to the café, the KARL LAGERFELD POP-UP STORE is open from July 29th to September 27th. The space showcases an edited selection of ready-to-wear, accessories and exclusive products, creating a seamless destination where visitors can explore the brand from every angle. Together, the café and pop-up embody the KARL lifestyle, uniting fashion, design and gastronomy in the heart of Amsterdam.
